Beautiful Shandong museum

I am not sure if I captured in the picture how absolutely massive this museum is.  Try to look at the cars and the people to gain perspective.  Pay attention to the dome on top.

The museum is four floors and when you walk in there is this breathtaking view of the white marble stairs.  The yellow is prevalent as well as it was a favorite of the Royalty given it was the color of the earth around the yellow river which runs through the Shandong province.  The museum contains artifacts back to the neolithic period and bronze age, many dating back over 4 and 3 thousand years old respectively.

The green ceiling you see is under the dome I mentioned before, they call it the jade disc.
